Products<\/h3><p>The website sells Bioluminis Filters and related items. Each product sheet displays description, features and final price including VAT (for EU sales).<\/p><h3>3. Prices and shipping<\/h3><p>Prices include VAT (21%) except valid intra-EU exemptions. Non-EU sales are invoiced without Spanish VAT; buyer assumes duties and taxes at destination. Shipping costs are calculated by destination and shown before checkout.<\/p><h3>4. Delivery<\/h3><p>Maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated. Customer must provide correct data and phone number. If goods arrive damaged, note on delivery slip and notify with photos to info@bioluminis.com.<\/p><h3>5. Payment methods<\/h3><ul><li>Credit\/debit card (VISA, MasterCard) via Redsys with strong customer authentication (SCA\/3-D Secure).<\/li><li>PayPal.<\/li><li>Bank transfer (advance).<\/li><\/ul><h3>6. Invoicing<\/h3><ul><li>Spain: VAT 21%.<\/li><li>EU with valid VAT ID and ROI: exempt from Spanish VAT.<\/li><li>EU consumers\/non-ROI: VAT 21%.<\/li><li>Non-EU exports: invoiced without Spanish VAT; buyer assumes customs.<\/li><\/ul><h3>7. Purchase process<\/h3><ol><li>Select products and add to cart.<\/li><li>Review and correct details before confirming.<\/li><li>Contract available in Spanish, English or German.<\/li><li>Acceptance of these Conditions and Privacy Policy required.<\/li><li>Confirmation email sent. Contract archived electronically.<\/li><\/ol><h3>8. Availability<\/h3><p>Only products in stock are offered. Errors will be notified to cancel or wait for restock.<\/p><h3>9. Legal warranty<\/h3><p>Products sold to consumers include a 3-year legal warranty from delivery. Consumers may demand repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination at no cost.<\/p><h3>10. Commercial warranty (business)<\/h3><p>For companies\/distributors, Bioluminis may offer a voluntary commercial warranty under agreed terms.<\/p><h3>11. Right of withdrawal<\/h3><p>Consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt. Notify info@bioluminis.com with order number. Goods must be returned in perfect condition within 14 days. Return costs borne by customer.<\/p><p><strong>Exception:<\/strong> sealed goods unsealed after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.<\/p><h3>12. Defective products<\/h3><p>If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, customer must notify with photos. Bioluminis covers return and replacement shipping.<\/p><h3>13. After-sales service<\/h3><p>Repairs outside warranty may be offered with prior quotation.<\/p><h3>14. Data protection<\/h3><p>Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy in compliance with GDPR. It informs about controller, purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers, retention, and rights including complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Authority.<\/p><h3>15. Governing law and disputes<\/h3><p>Sales are governed by Spanish law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Valencia courts, without prejudice to consumer rights.
